Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During holidays or busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from Germany.

Shipping Rates

Germany: Free shipping on all orders.
European Union countries: €6 flat shipping fee.

Shipping Time

Germany: 2–5 business days.
European Union countries: 4–8 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier, or local delivery conditions.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package.

Incorrect Shipping Address
