Refund policy
You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items may be gently tried on, but must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unused, clean, with tags attached where applicable, and in the original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at wuyanan0908@outlook.com with your order number. If your return is accepted, we will send you the return instructions and return address. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the issue, so we can evaluate it and find a solution.
Non-returnable and restricted items
Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Items that are returned worn, damaged, dirty, or not in a condition suitable for resale may not be accepted, or the refund amount may be reduced.
For necklaces, the attached tag must remain intact and must not be removed, torn, or damaged.
Earrings must be returned clean, unworn, and in their original condition.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original item first and place a new order.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank, credit card provider, PayPal, or payment provider to process the refund.
