To keep your jewelry in good condition, please avoid direct contact with water, perfume, body lotion, sweat, and harsh chemicals. When not wearing it, store it in a dry place, preferably in a jewelry pouch or box.

Most Perspera pieces are made with stainless steel and dark-toned glass pearls. Please check each listing description for the exact materials used in that piece.

3. Is the jewelry suitable for everyday wear?
Yes, Perspera jewelry is designed for everyday styling. To help your pieces last longer, I recommend removing them before showering, swimming, exercising, or sleeping.

4. Do you accept custom orders?
I may accept small custom requests depending on the design, available materials, and current workload. Please message me before placing an order, and I’ll let you know what adjustments are possible.

5. How long does it take to ship my order?
Orders usually ship within 1–3 business days.
Estimated delivery time after dispatch:
* Germany: DHL usually delivers within 1–2 business days.
* Europe: usually 3–7 business days, depending on the destination country and local postal service.
Please note that holidays, busy seasons, customs checks, or carrier delays may affect the actual delivery time.

6. Can I return or exchange earrings and necklaces?
Yes, earrings and necklaces can be returned or exchanged if they are clean, undamaged, and in a condition suitable for resale.
You are welcome to try them on gently to see if they work for you. Please avoid wearing them for a long time or exposing them to perfume, lotion, sweat, water, or other substances.
For necklaces, the attached tag must remain intact and must not be removed or damaged. Earrings do not come with tags, so please make sure they remain clean and in their original condition.

7. What if my package is delayed?
Packages may sometimes be delayed due to customs, holidays, weather, or local postal conditions. If your package has not arrived after the estimated delivery window, please message me and I’ll help check the status.
